Our minds naturally become programmed through our experiences... maintaining habits through repetitive behaviors... Developing patterns... cycles... actions that we do over and over which build a sense of stability and comfort... But not always happiness... comfort is not the best situation to be in... comfort builds complacency... Keeps us from trying new things... from leaving bad situations... Allowing us to accept things as they are as we rely solely on our own understanding...
Moving forward is not always easy... walking in a new direction builds fear... unfamiliar territory... instability... chaos begins to shake the earth pushing you back into your comfort... your happiness is not in what you leave behind its in what lies ahead...
